Christian University Of Rwanda Organized Entrepreneurial Training To 110 Secondary Schools Laureates

On 3rd March 2018, the Center for Entrepreneurial Learning and Innovation of Christian University of Rwanda (CHUR) organized entrepreneurial training to 110 secondary schools laureates. This training took place at CHUR, Kigali campus.

Dr. Benjamin MUDAHERANWA, CHUR lecturer, Patrice HABINSHUTI, the Coordinator of Center for Entrepreneurial Learning and Innovation in CHUR and Emmanuel TUYISENGE from TEMAC Builders ltd Company were trainers of the day.

First of all, the trainees learnt to know who they are, and after to think about what he/she wishes to achieve in his/her life. So, they have to start thinking about being job makers instead of being job seekers. They were told to prepare the future early for a better life; if not the worse one is waiting for them.

Hon.Prof.Dr. Pierre Damien HABUMUREMYI, CHUR President of the Board of Trustees said that everyone goes to school to fetch skills which will be used to generate income. “Do not wait for people to give you a job but each one of you has to brainstorm ideas of creating jobs.” He added.
